For the past 7 or 8 years, I've been progressively getting bigger every year. I'm not healthy and I feel horrible about myself. I've tried a couple different things and never found anything that I felt motivated enough to stick with.
So, I decided to join Weight Watchers.
Now I have no where near enough time to do the meetings, so I'm going to try WW Online. I'm hoping the Points Plus system is easy enough to work with and that there is enough support and recipes online that it will make it simple for me to stick to. Also, since I'm having to pay for the system, that should motivate me to actually use it!
I'm not going to bombard you with weight loss information, but I'm going to start posting my menu plans and I will try to do updates every now and then.
Is anyone a Weight Watchers member? Any advice for me or tools you recommend?
