Yoplait Smoothies Review & Giveaway!

J and I are trying to lose weight and get healthier.  We don't have the best habits, so we're trying to incorporate healthy menu planning into our lives more to make us more accountable for our meals.

Lately, we've been having Yoplait smoothies with our breakfast.  Each package of Yoplait smoothies contains a serving a fruit as well as Vitamin C and Calcium.  They also only have 110-120 calories per serving, so it helps me stay in my calorie range for the day.  A bag is 2 servings, but I normally drink an entire bag myself.

The smoothies are really easy to make, so they're quick to make before work.  You just throw everything in the bag in your blender along with the amount of milk it asks for.  Blend it up for a couple minutes and you have a delicious smoothie to take on the go with you.

My favorite flavor of smoothie is the strawberry banana, but they have tons more to choose from like Triple Berry and Blueberry Pomegranate.

*Giveaway*

Yoplait and MyBlogSpark have provided a great giveaway for my readers so that you can try Yoplait Smoothies for yourself.  This prize package includes a drawstring bag, water bottle, diet/fitness journal, as well as free coupon to your own bag of Yoplait smoothies.

Mandatory Entry: How do you plan to incorporate Yoplait Smoothies into your New Years Resolutions?  Leave your response in the comments with a way to contact you.

Giveaway ends on February 11th at 5pm EST.  Winner will be chosen by random.org and contacted through email.  They will have 24 hours to respond or another winner will be chosen.

The coupon, information, and prize packages were all provided by Yoplait through MyBlogSpark.  They provided me with coupons to try this product.  All thoughts and comments are my own based on sampling the product.

  1. That would be a quick and easy breakfast idea as we're both running out the door early in the morning.
