We went to the dining room one last time on the last night.
I had to have the Ceasar salad one more time before we left and J had a Fetoush salad. My hubby learned that he isn't a big fan of blue cheese.
For entrees, I had the panko crusted shrimp, which is absolutely amazing. Definitely one of the best dishes on Carnival. J had the prime rib that night and again it was fatty.
For dessert, we both had the Grand Marnier souffle, which is one of the most decadent desserts I have ever eaten. I could eat that every night of the week.
Tomorrow I'll let you take a look at a cooking demonstration we attended in the specialty restaurant on board.
