The next night, we ate in the main dining room again. Tonight's dinner was A LOT better than the night before.
I ordered the shrimp cocktail again. It's my go to appetizer when nothing else looks good to me. J ordered a smoked chicken quesadilla. The quesadilla was large enough to be an entree!
For entrees, I ordered the flat iron steak, which was actually really good. It's a cheaper cut of meat, but if it's cooked correctly, it can be quite delicious. I think Carnival did a great job with it. J ordered the jerk pork tenderloin. It was definitely one of the best dishes I have ever tasted. I can't wait to take another cruise so I can order the whole thing for myself.
I forgot to take picture of dessert that night, but it was really tasty. We both got the strawberry cheesecake. Love cheesecake!
I had the flat iron a few times on the cruise... it's definitely hit or miss, but when it's good, it's good!
