The first surprise was that they finished the stone on the outside of the garage and blocked out the pillars on the front porch to start putting stone on them.
On the outside, we also had another surprise. Somehow the workers damaged the roof while working on the stone. I'm sure they'll have that fixed pretty quickly.
When we walked inside, we were surprised by how much had been done! They added baseboards and crown molding, painted all the walls, hung the doors, and even laid the wood floors!
